The purpose of the program is to train highly qualified specialists who are able to make strategic and tactical innovative decisions, identify promising scientific developments and introduce new types of products (services) into production, improve mechanisms for promoting products to the market, create and use new methods calculation, substantiate socio-economic indicators and evaluations of the effectiveness of innovative projects.

The program is professionally applied and offers interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary training for the formation of a comprehensive approach to the management of modern enterprises, institutions, and organizations.

Training according to the program ensures the suitability of graduates to work at enterprises of any organizational and legal form (commercial, non-commercial, state), in which graduates work as managers or executors of various services of the management apparatus; structures in which graduates are entrepreneurs who create and develop their own business; scientific and research organizations related to the solution of management problems; institutions of the system of higher and additional professional education in the positions of specialists in the fields of operational management (logistics), sales and marketing, personnel management, other types of positions related to the implementation of specific management functions.
