Graduated from the Faculty of History, Kyiv Taras Shevchenko State University with honor in 1985. In 2003 Iryna defended Ph.D. thesis, in 2008 – received the title of associate professor. In the system of adult education, postgraduate education she has been working since 1994. Iryna worked as associate professor of the Department of Ukrainian Studies, as deputy head of the department at the National Defense Academy of Ukraine, Director of the Center for Postgraduate Education, Vice-rector of the Interdisciplinary Institute of Management, Deputy Director of the Institute for Retraining and Requalification of the National Dragomanov Pedagogical University. She is an author of about 100 scientific and methodological works on problems of history and culture of Ukraine, issues of updating of postgraduate education content, introduction of new programs in the practice of continuous and postgraduate education, modern information and communication technologies, interactive teaching methods.
Scientific and pedagogical experience is more than 30 years.

Iryna Deinega is an active public figure: vice-president of the National Academy of Sciences of Higher Education of Ukraine; President of the International Academy of Sciences of Educational Innovations; co-founder and member of many public structures and organizations. Iryna is a member of working group for preparation of the Law of Ukraine “On Adult Education”.
Sphere of scientific interests: problems of history and culture of Ukraine, European countries, issues of development of continuous education, management of the postgraduate education system.
Deputy Director for Scientific and International Activities, PhD in Technical Sciences.
Graduated from the Faculty of Ecological Safety of the National Aviation University in 2011. Valeriia received qualification of an ecologist and expert in ecology. In 2012, she received a second higher education at the Institute for Retraining and Requalification of the National Dragomanov Pedagogical University, specialty “Language and Literature (English)” and got qualification of English teacher.
In 2011 she entered into postgraduate school of the State Institution “Institute of Environmental Geochemistry of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine” and successfully defended dissertation work and got scientific degree of candidate of technical sciences on the specialty “Environmental safety” in 2015.
Valeriia is an author of 65 scientific works, including 4 monographs, 1 scientific and methodical manual, 35 articles, 25 conference materials. She has 5 acts of scientific results implementation.
She`s been a coordinator of the Blacksmith Institute`s (New York, USA) projects in Ukraine from since 2015. Valeriia is a participant and leader of many international programs, projects and grants (Horizon 2020, NATO, GEF, USAID and others).
She trained in leading universities of Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Germany and USA.
Awards and honors: Laureate of the President’s Award for Young Scientists in 2018; Award of the NAS of Ukraine for young scientists “Talent. Inspiration. Labor”.
Sphere of scientific interests: development of information technologies for environmental monitoring of the technogenic objects; mathematical modeling of environmental pollution; solution of actual tasks of civil protection of territories, environment and population; studying of mechanisms of labor market management in the system of socio-economic relations of the state.
Deputy director, PhD in technical sciences, associate professor
Graduated from the Faculty of Airports (FAP) of the Kiev Institute of Civil Aviation Engineers (KICAE) now National Aviation University (NAU) in 1973, specialty “Aerodromes construction”. During period of military service he was the head of design and research group of military unit that constructs aerodromes.
From August 1975 to October 1986 he worked as an assistant at the FAP KICAE department, from October 1986 to 2000 he was an associate professor of the department, from 2000 to 2017 – the first deputy director of the Institute of Postgraduate Education, from March 2017 to the present – Deputy Director of the Educational and Research Institute of Continuing Education.
In 1985 he defended his dissertation work on specialty 05.22.15. – “Airports and ground equipment”. He is an author of 44 printed scientific and educational works, including 3 textbooks, 21 teaching and methodical developments, 1 copyright certificate.
Honors and awards: the medal “In memory of 1500th anniversary of Kyiv”, badge “Honorary worker of aviation transport of Ukraine”, badge “For conscientious work”, badge “75 years of National Aviation University”, badge “Veteran of NAU”.
