Training of aviation specialists of Kazakhstan

On the order of JSC “Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan”, the Educational and Scientific Institute of Continuing Education organized the training of aviation personnel under the program “Modern technologies of aviation fuel supply”. The courses were held in the period from July 24 to 28, 2023 at the customer’s base in Astana. Attendees of the courses are representatives of the Department of Airports and Ground Handling of JSC “Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan”, as well as managers of aviation fuel supply services at airports in Kazakhstan.

The course program is compiled taking into account ISAO Standards and Recommended Practice (Doc 9977, Manual for the supply of civil aviation with jet fuel). The instructor of the course is Professor of the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Technology of the Faculty of Environmental Safety, Engineering and Technologies Olena MATVYEVA. As part of the main program, an on-site training was held on the basis of the refueling service of Nursultan Nazarbayev International Airport, where course participants had the opportunity to implement the acquired theoretical knowledge and apply practical skills.

According to the results of the test, the trainees received certificates.
