В Навчально-науковому інституті неперервної освіти завершився навчальний курс з проблематики людського фактору в авіації. Навчання проводилося в період 10 по 15 лютого 2025 року в онлайн форматі. Слухачі курсів – представники Національного бюро з розслідувань на транспорті, АТ «АНТОНОВ», АТ «Науково-технічний комплекс «Електронприлад», ТОВ «Авіаційна льотна академія».
Програма навчального курсу передбачає опрацювання таких основних напрямів: важливість врахування людського фактору в авіації та аналіз помилкових дій авіаційних фахівців через характеристики працездатності та обмеження людини, ментальне здоров’я, соціальну психологію, фактори, що впливають на якість роботи в умовах військового стану, особливості сучасного комунікаційного середовища та важливість якісної комунікації, ризики на робочому місці.
Інструктор курсу – кандидат технічних наук, доцент кафедри аеронавігаційних систем Факультету аеронавігації, електроніки та телекомунікацій Людмила Благая. Слухачі курсів відзначили змістовність тематичного курсу та актуальність презентаційних матеріалів.
Організаційно-методичне забезпечення навчального процесу здійснює Навчальний центр фахівців авіаційної галузі НН ІНО.

The Educational and Scientific Institute of Continuing Education has completed a training course on the issues of the human factor in aviation. The training was conducted from February 10 to 15, 2025 in an online format. The course participants are representatives of the National Bureau of Transport Investigations, ANTONOV JSC, Elektronprilad JSC, Aviation Flight Academy LLC.
The training course program provides for the study of the following main areas: the importance of taking into account the human factor in aviation and the analysis of erroneous actions of aviation specialists through the characteristics of human performance and limitations, mental health, social psychology, factors affecting the quality of work in martial law, the features of the modern communication environment and the importance of quality communication, risks in the workplace.
The instructor of the course is Lyudmila Blagaia, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Aeronautical Systems of the Faculty of Aeronautical Navigation, Electronics and Telecommunications. The course participants noted the content of the thematic course and the relevance of the presentation materials.
The organizational and methodological support of the educational process is provided by the Training Center for Aviation Industry Specialists of the NN INO.
