In 1974 she graduated from Kyiv State University named after T. G. Shevchenko majoring in “General Physics”, in 1981 – postgraduate studies at the Department of Theoretical Physics of the Physics Faculty of the same university. In 1986, she defended her PhD thesis in the specialty “Theoretical and Mathematical Physics”.
She has experience in scientific and teaching work: she worked as an engineer at the Saturn Research Institute, scientific editor of the Main Editorial Office of the Ukrainian Soviet Encyclopedia, a researcher at the Institute of Theoretical Physics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the Institute of Metallurgy of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, taught as an associate professor at the International University of Finance. Since 2004, a member of the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine.

Has international experience in organizing and conducting business trainings and teaching work in the field of professional development. The main executor of a number of projects in the field of understanding the development of entrepreneurship in Ukraine with the support of the MacArthur Foundation (USA), USAID, PAUSI and the International Charitable Foundation “Renaissance”.
Author and co-author of 35 published scientific papers.
