Step 1. Registration of applications for participation in EVI and EFVV, holding of the main and additional sessions of EVI and EFVV is carried out within the terms established by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, according to the schedule approved by the Ukrainian Center for the Evaluation of the Quality of Education;

Step 2. Registration of applications for participation in the interview instead of the EVI, professional exam, professional exam instead of the EFVV begins July 1 and ends at 18:00 on the day preceding the last day of completion relevant entrance tests;

Step 3. Interviews instead of EVI, professional exams, professional exams instead of EFVV are held from July 17 to 28 (inclusive);

Step 4. Registration of entrants’ applications for participation in the competitive selection begins on August 1 and ends at 18:00 on August 22;

Step 5. The professional exam for persons participating in the competitive selection exclusively for places at the expense of individuals and/or legal entities is held from August 1 to 18:00 on August 16 .

Step 6. Formation of rating lists of entrants, provision of recommendations for enrollment and publication of the list of recommended ones with notification of whether or not they have received the right to obtain higher education by state or regional order shall be carried out no later than August 24. >.

Step 7. Entrants who have received recommendations must fulfill the requirements for admission to state or regional order places by 18:00 on August 26;

Step 8. Enrollment of entrants to study: according to the state or regional order, it takes place on August 27 (for the places of the state order of the NADS in the specialty 281 “Public management and administration” – 30 August); for the funds of individuals and/or legal entities – no later than September 30;

Step 9. Transfer to vacant positions of the state, regional order of persons enrolled in training at the expense of individuals and/or legal entities – no later than August 31;

Step 10. Provision of recommendations for enrollment and publication of the list of recommended for entrants, who enter places at the expense of individuals and/or legal entities for open and fixed competitive offers, is carried out no earlier than August 28 strong>.

For the competitive selection for studies to obtain a master’s degree based on NRK6 and NRK7, the point(s) for admission to the specialty are counted:

05 “Social and behavioral sciences”, 07 “Management and administration”, 28 “Public management and administration”

• EVI of 2023 or 2024 and the unified state qualification exam (UEKI) in the specialty 125 “Cybersecurity and information protection” of 2024 (only for entrants to the specialty 125 “Cybersecurity and information protection” who took the corresponding UEKI of 2024);< /li>
• EVI of 2023 or 2024 and EFVV of 2024 (except for entrants to specialty 125 “Cyber security and information protection”, who completed the corresponding EDKI of 2024);
• an entrance exam for foreigners in the disciplines defined by the Admission Rules (if necessary).
• In the cases stipulated by this Procedure, instead of the results of the EVI (both components), the results of the foreign language interview are used, instead of the results of the EFVV, the result of the professional exam

* When applying for higher education at the expense of individuals and/or legal entities for competitive proposals, which, according to this Procedure, do not provide for the completion of the EFVV, entrants on the basis of a master’s degree (educational and qualification level of a specialist) may, at their choice, or submit the result of the EVI or take a foreign language interview at a higher education institution.
