Aviation Law Courses
At the request of domestic aviation enterprises and organizations, regular courses under the program “Aviation Legislation” were held at the Educational and Scientific Institute of Continuing Education from February 18 to 21, 2025. This time, representatives of the National Bureau of Transport Investigations, ANTONOV JSC, and SOTY Production and Commercial Firm LLC expressed a desire to study.
The course program provides for training in the following main areas:
- Regulatory framework of Ukraine and the European Union
- Part-66 – Personnel certifying maintenance
- Part-145 – approved maintenance organization
- Aircraft certification
- Part-M – approved continuing airworthiness organization
- Part-T – continuing airworthiness of aircraft registered in third countries
- Operator requirements
- Applicable national and international requirements
Course instructor – Associate Professor of the Department of Aircraft Design, ACF, Ph.D., Olexander YAKOBCHUK.
Based on the results of the testing, the students received certificates.
