According to Part 3 of Article 2 of the Law of Ukraine “On Higher Education” of 01.07.2014 № 1556-VII, Law of Ukraine “On Approval of the Decree of the President of Ukraine” On Martial Law in Ukraine “of 24.02.2022 № 2102-IX, letter of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine “On the organization of the educational process” from 25.02.2022 № 1 / 3277-22, the Statute of the National Aviation University, the order of the Rector from 28.02.2022 № 075-1 / od and in order to minimize threats to life and health of students and university staff the order “On the educational process at the university in wartime” was created.
