New opportunities, new projects
Another business meeting of the Director of the National Institute of Information and Communication Technology Iryna Deynega, Deputy Director Aram Danielyan and Anton Andrusyak took place on the KAI TechPoint platform. For several generations, Anton Andrusyak’s family has been associated with the aviation institute – his relatives studied, taught and worked in the research departments of the institute, and Andrusyak Anatoliy Ivanovich (grandfather) was at the origins of the creation of “Ukraerorukh”. Therefore, for Anton, cooperation with the academic environment is a natural continuation of the family tradition. Anton himself chose a different path in the profession, he has been working in marketing for over 13 years, in particular, he held the position of Director of Business Development at the Ukrainian-British media holding Razom and the marketing agency Fedoriv. Throughout his career, he created and implemented business development strategies, engaging in attracting clients and expanding partnerships. In recent years, he has been actively involved in the creation and implementation of charitable and social initiatives, including projects for the “Bring The Band Home” Coordination Headquarters and the national mental health program “How are you?” by Olena Zelenska.
During the meeting on the NNINO platform, together with the guest, the vision of the further development of the adult education system, business education at the NNINO KAI, the experience of other, both foreign and domestic, HEIs in implementing lifelong education programs were discussed. New opportunities for cooperation and the launch of joint bright projects were identified.
After meeting and communicating with Anton, you are once again convinced that most events in life do not happen by chance. Once his grandfather began his professional activity at our aviation institute, and today his grandson, together with us, is reflecting on the necessary innovative transformations that should raise KAI to the level of one of the best engineering HEIs in Europe.
