In 1973 he graduated from the Faculty of Airports of the Kiev Institute of Civil Aviation Engineers with a degree in “Construction of airfields.” During his military service he held the position of chief of the design and survey group of the military unit that built airfields.

From August 1975 to October 1986 he worked as an assistant at the Department of Airports FAP KIICA, from October 1986 to 2000 – Associate Professor, from 2000 to 2017 – First Deputy Director of the Institute of Postgraduate Studies, from March 2017 to the present – Deputy Director of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Continuing Education.

In 1985 he defended his dissertation on specialty 05.22.15. – “Airports and ground equipment”.

Author of 44 printed scientific and educational works, including – 3 textbooks, 21 educational and methodological developments, 1 copyright certificate.
