A round table was held on the occasion of the celebration of the 90th anniversary of NAU

On February 15, 2023, the Educational and Scientific Institute of Continuing Education of NAU held a Round Table on the occasion of the celebration of the 90th anniversary of the National Aviation University on the topic: “CONTINUED EDUCATION IN THE DEVELOPMENT SYSTEM OF THE NATIONAL AVIATION UNIVERSITY”. The deputy director of NNINO, doctor of economic sciences, professor Nataliya Mykolaivna Hrushchynska delivered welcoming words and a report on the topic: “Trends and directions of implementation of continuous education in war conditions”; reports were presented by: Head of the Department of Management Technologies, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor Olena Mykolaivna Fendyo “Top 10 soft skills of the future for successful employment”; Deputy Director, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Oksana Volodymyrivna Polishchuk “European experience of organizing continuous education in conditions of digitalization”; scientific and pedagogical employees of the departments of public management and administration, management technologies, human factor management; representatives of the Educational and Consultative Center for Advanced Qualification, the Center for Expertise and Certification of Educational and Scientific Programs of NNINO, the Educational and Consultative Center for Support of Social Programs of NNINO, the Training Center “Organization for Training for Maintenance” of NNINO; students of OS “Master”, among them Frolov Ihor Mykhailovych, students of OS “Bachelor” – Cherepakhina Anastasia Antonivna. Based on the results of the Round Table, a collection of abstracts of reports is formed.
