The first graduation of the group under the program of training of operators of unmanned aerial systems (drones) took place

On August 27, 2020, the final lecture and graduation of the first group on the training program for operators of unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) took place. The final lecture was given by Iryna Kustovska, Deputy Head of the Strategic Development Department of the State Aviation Service of Ukraine. She acquainted the students with the prospects of development of the field of operation of unmanned aerial systems (UAVs) in Ukraine, the introduction of European experience in the operation of UAVs and the possibility of implementing the legal framework. Ms. Iryna focused on the areas of application of BPD in Ukraine and stressed that the volume of implementation of BPD technologies in the agricultural sector, our country ranks first in Europe.

In the course of a lively discussion with the students, the issues of the peculiarities of the use of BPLS for civil, state and commercial use were considered.

Students received Certificates of course training under the program “Training of unmanned aerial vehicle operators”, words of gratitude to teachers and management of the Institute of Continuing Education for friendliness, openness to students, comprehensive assistance in the learning process and the opportunity to discover new professional prospects.
