Open lecture on the topic: “PERSONNEL OF THE ENTERPRISE, PRODUCTIVITY AND PAYMENT”

On March 9, 2023, an open online lecture was held on the basis of the Department of Public Management and Administration on the discipline “Economics of the enterprise”, which was conducted by Iryna Valentynivna Chibisova, associate professor of the Department of Public Management and Administration of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Continuing Education. Topic of the lecture:
“PERSONNEL OF THE ENTERPRISE, PRODUCTIVITY AND PAYMENT”.

The lecture was attended by: students of higher education of the 1st course of full-time study of the specialty 281 “Public Management and Administration” of the OPP “Public Management and Administration”, scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Public Management and Administration, representatives of the educational department of NAU.

During the discussion, the participants of the open lecture positively evaluated the content of the lesson, noted the well-thought-out structure of the lecture, the variety of methods and techniques of presenting the material, as well as the high-quality illustrative material, the use of which facilitated the perception of new information. The lecture was conducted at the appropriate scientific, theoretical and methodological level, achieved its goal and meets the modern requirements of higher education.
