Educational and advisory center for advanced training, certification and retraining of personnel (hereinafter referred to as the Center) is a division of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Continuing Education of the State Non-profit Enterprise “State University “Kyiv Aviation Institute”.

The purpose of the Center’s creation is to attract the human resources potential of the University’s scientific and pedagogical staff, specialists from scientific, state institutions and organizations, innovation centers and business structures to study, exchange and implement innovative technologies and educational programs for advanced training and retraining of personnel, aimed at training highly qualified personnel in demand on the open labor market, taking into account the individual needs of citizens in personal and professional growth.
