On-line meeting of the Scientific-practical seminar on the topic: “Basic and applied research in management”
On February 12, 2021, within the Department of Management Technologies of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Continuing Education of the National Aviation University, an online meeting of the Scientific and Practical Seminar of students and teachers of the Institute was held on the topic: “Fundamental and applied research in management”. The meeting began with a welcoming speech by O. Polishchuk – Head of the Department of Management Technologies, Professor Yu. Tesli, Associate Professor A. Ovsyankin, Senior Lecturer V. Dubinina. Informative were the speeches of speakers – 1st year students of OS “Master” specialty 073 “Management” of the educational program “Administrative Management” A. Jabinska on staff motivation, S. Logins on improving the quality system in the airline, students of the educational program “Project Management” M .Buryakova on the topic: “The effectiveness of the social and legal mobile application” our rights “”, N. Kanaan: “Analysis of market conditions of the project approach to creating an information site of psychological support”, O. Oshovsky: “The effectiveness of innovative technologies in construction”, D. Frolova: “Peculiarities of managing complex projects for the development of a” smart city “”.
The online seminar provided an opportunity for students to communicate with the target audience and two-way interactive discussion of current and problematic management issues. The speeches of the participants of the Scientific and Practical Seminar gave impetus to a lively discussion in which all those present took part.
The participants of the Seminar summed up the meeting and outlined the directions of further research.
The Department of Management Technologies of NNINO NAU plans to hold further scientific events with the involvement of gifted and creative students.
