On October 21, 2022, in accordance with the plan for conducting open and demonstration classes by the Department of Management Technologies of NNINO in the 1st semester of 2022-2023, an open online lecture was held by the associate professor of the Department of Management Technologies, Candidate. technical of Sciences by Olena Mykolaivna Fendyo from the discipline “Modern organizations and assessment of their design maturity”.

For the online lecture, the Google Meet service was used, which allows you to broadcast the speaker’s screen in real time and thus demonstrate the presentation to all present, which is very convenient when presenting theoretical material, and also allows those invited to the online event not only to listen, but also to take an active part participation in the discussion.

The open lecture was attended by: Deputy Director of NNINO Hrushchinska N.M., Deputy Director of NNINO Polishchuk O.V., Associate Professor of the Department of Management Technologies V.V. Dubinina, Associate Professor of the Department of Management Technologies T.V. Sivashenko, as well as students of full-time higher education forms of education of OS “master’s” studying under the OPP “Project Management”.

The relevance of the topic of the open lecture “Internal and external environment of the organization” is due to the fact that any organization, being an open system, is in constant interaction with certain elements of the external environment and is significantly dependent on them. And taking into account the complexity, variability and interconnectedness of external environmental factors, future project management specialists need to be able to predict their impact on the development of the organization and develop strategies to reduce the level of uncertainty. It is also important to understand the components of the internal environment of the organization, which will make it possible to use the company’s resources more efficiently, implement organizational changes in a timely manner, taking into account the dynamic external environment, implement innovative technologies and make innovative decisions to obtain competitive advantages in the market.
