Відділ з організації навчального процесу у своїй діяльності керується Законами України «Про освіту», «Про вищу освіту», наказами МОН України стосовно вищої освіти та іншими законодавчими і нормативними актами, Статутом Університету, наказами та розпорядженнями ректора університету, розпорядженнями проректора за напрямом діяльності, розпорядженнями директора Інституту, документацією СМЯ відділу та Київського авіаційного інституту.

Роботу з планування, організації та контролю навчального процесу відділ здійснює разом із заступником директора та відповідальними за навчальну роботу на кафедрах Інституту.

Співробітники відділу беруть участь у наступних процесах освітньої та наукової діяльності СМЯ КАІ:

• проектування та розробка;
• навчально-організаційна діяльність;
• навчально-методична діяльність;

Головним завданням відділу з організації навчального процесу Навчально-наукового інституту неперервної освіти є:

• планування, організація та контроль освітнього процесу Інституту;
• надання консультативної допомоги кафедрам, викладачам, щодо планування та організації навчально-методичної роботи, контроль за її виконанням;
• контроль за виконанням наказів ректора університету, розпоряджень проректорів, директора Інституту, заступника директора, рішень вченої ради Інституту з навчальних і навчально-методичних питань;
• вивчення, узагальнення та популяризація передового досвіду навчально-методичної роботи інститутів, факультетів та кафедр Університету;
• підготовка службових записок та проектів наказів з питань організації навчального процесу;
• збір, систематизація та аналіз інформації, необхідної для оформлення розкладів навчальних занять.

Відділ з організації навчального процесу є структурним підрозділом Навчально-наукового інституту неперервної освіти через який здійснюється організація і контроль за навчально-методичною роботою Інституту.

The department carries out work on planning, organization and control of the educational process together with the Deputy Director and those responsible for educational work at the departments of the Institute.

Employees of the department take part in the following processes of educational and scientific activity of QMS NAU:

• design and development;
• educational and organizational activities;
• educational and methodical activity;

The main task of the department for the organization of the educational process of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Continuing Education is:

• planning, organization and control of the educational process of the Institute;
• providing advisory assistance to departments, teachers on the planning and organization of educational and methodological work, monitoring its implementation;
• control over the implementation of orders of the Rector of the University, orders of Vice-Rectors, Director of the Institute, Deputy Director, decisions of the Academic Council of the Institute on educational and teaching-methodological issues;
• study, generalization and popularization of the best experience of educational and methodical work of institutes, faculties and departments of the University;
• preparation of memos and draft orders on the organization of the educational process;
• collecting, systematizing and analyzing the information needed to schedule training sessions.

The department for the organization of the educational process is a structural subdivision of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Continuing Education through which the organization and control over the educational and methodological work of the Institute is carried out.
