The Department for the Organization of the Educational Process is guided by the Laws of Ukraine “On Education”, “On Higher Education”, orders of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine on higher education and other laws and regulations, the University Charter, orders and orders of the University Rector. by orders of the director of the Institute, the documentation of the QMS department and the National Aviation University.

The department carries out work on planning, organization and control of the educational process together with the Deputy Director and those responsible for educational work at the departments of the Institute.

Employees of the department take part in the following processes of educational and scientific activity of QMS NAU:

• design and development;
• educational and organizational activities;
• educational and methodical activity;

The main task of the department for the organization of the educational process of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Continuing Education is:

• planning, organization and control of the educational process of the Institute;
• providing advisory assistance to departments, teachers on the planning and organization of educational and methodological work, monitoring its implementation;
• control over the implementation of orders of the Rector of the University, orders of Vice-Rectors, Director of the Institute, Deputy Director, decisions of the Academic Council of the Institute on educational and teaching-methodological issues;
• study, generalization and popularization of the best experience of educational and methodical work of institutes, faculties and departments of the University;
• preparation of memos and draft orders on the organization of the educational process;
• collecting, systematizing and analyzing the information needed to schedule training sessions.

The department for the organization of the educational process is a structural subdivision of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Continuing Education through which the organization and control over the educational and methodological work of the Institute is carried out.
