Registration on SEE / OPIT
Given the epidemiological situation in Ukraine, in order to prevent the spread of coronavirus disease (COVID – 19), on the basis of recommendations of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine The Admissions Committee of the National Aviation University informs about the algorithm of actions for registration of entrants for the master’s degree for the compilation of the EMI / EPI.
Registration starts at 9:00 on May 12 and ends at 18:00 on June 5, 2020.
Algorithm of actions for registration of entrants for compilation of EMI / EPI:
- The entrant must send scanned copies / photocopies (pdf, jpg formats) to the official e-mail address of the selection committee of the institute within the deadlines for registration:
- filled application form with the information needed to complete the exam sheet;
- ID;
- the taxpayer’s account card (except for persons who, due to their religious beliefs, refuse to accept the registration number of the taxpayer’s account card);
- a document on the degree of higher education (educational and qualification level) (for persons who have completed their studies in previous years);
- medical opinion in the form of primary accounting documentation 086-3 / о (if necessary, create special conditions for external independent evaluation);
- photographs for documents (color or black and white) with an image corresponding to the age of the entrant (/ subject to the rules set out in paragraphs 3 – 7 of section III Requirements for the digitized image of a person’s face, photographs submitted for registration or exchange of identity documents confirming Ukrainian citizenship or special status faces, and a photographic image of them);
- Certificate issued at the place of study on the planned completion of studies and obtaining a diploma in the year of entry (only for persons who complete their studies this year in higher military educational institutions (higher education institutions with specific training conditions) and whose personal data are not are submitted to EDEBO) (Annex 3 to The order of organization and conduct of entrance tests conducted using organizational and technological processes of external implementation independent assessment for admission to the second (master’s) level of higher education ). The certificate must indicate the details (series and number) of the document on the basis of which the admission took place.
In the subject of the letter, the entrant must indicate the last name, first name, patronymic.
In the text of the letter, the entrant must indicate the last name, first name, patronymic (in full) and the number of the taxpayer’s account card (if any).
- The Admissions Committee or the selection committee of the institute on the basis of the received scanned copies (photocopies) checks the documents, registers the entrant for the EMI / EPI and sends a scanned copy of the examination sheet to the entrant to the e-mail address specified in the Questionnaire. < / li>
If, after verification of the documents, it is established that the person is not eligible to participate in the competitive selection, the e-mail address from which the documents were received will be sent a notice of denial of registration, indicating the reason for refusal.
- The entrant should check the information provided on the scanned copy of the examination paper and, if errors are found, contact the Admissions Committee to clarify the situation.
The completed examination sheet is kept in the Admission (selection) commission and is issued to the entrant personally. The fact of issuance is recorded in the journal of issuance of examination sheets.
The completed examination sheet can be sent to the entrant by mail, if the entrant indicates such a need in the Questionnaire. In this case, the details of the respective postal item are recorded in the journal of issuance of examination sheets.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the registration of entrants for the master’s degree on the basis of a higher education degree (educational qualification level) obtained in another specialty (field of study) was preceded by additional professional entrance examinations. At the same time, on January 16, 2020, the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on Improving Educational Activities in the Sphere of Higher Education” entered into force, amending the Law of Ukraine “On Higher Education”, in particular, abolishing compulsory drafting additional professional entrance examinations for entrants entering the study for a master’s degree on the basis of a higher education degree (educational qualification level) obtained in another specialty (field of study).
This eliminates the need for additional professional entrance examinations for admission to the master’s program of the National Aviation University.
