A meeting of the sections of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Continuing Education “Management and Administration in the Aviation Industry” and “Management of Human Factors” took place

On April 3 and 4, 2024, a meeting of the sections of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Continuing Education “Management and Administration in the Aviation Industry” and “Management of Human Factors” took place within the XXIV International Scientific and Practical Conference. Materials for the conference were submitted by more than 50 holders of bachelor’s, master’s, and doctor of philosophy degrees studying under the educational programs of NNINO. The active participation of students in the work of the conference once again testified to their understanding that modern society makes increasingly strict demands on future specialists: to be able to be in demand on the labor market, the ability to adapt in a team and adapt to the surrounding factors, which are constantly changing under the influence of scientific – technical progress. And the foundations of self-education and the ability to develop one’s creative potential should be laid precisely in the process of study and scientific research work in higher education institutions, which is also a means of their professional training.

The presented works of young scientists were different in nature, level of complexity and research content, but all, without exception, the speakers demonstrated a high level of knowledge and impeccable preparation.

According to the results of the conference, the best current topics and performances of the higher education graduates of the Institute were noted: Malikova Olga, Oleksiy Sukach, Mykhailo Skurativskyi, Anastasia Minkovskaya, Anastasia Cherepakhina, Oleksiy Dubovskyi, and Bohdan Mustache.
