In 1970 he graduated from the Faculty of Chemical Technology of the Leningrad Forestry Academy with a degree in engineering technology.
In 1990 he defended his dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences in “Air Transport Operation”.

The total experience is 48 years.

Experience of pedagogical work in ZVO – 28 years, in NAU – 28 years.

Author and co-author of 105 publications, including – 4 textbooks, 2 monographs, 9 patents for inventions and copyright certificates.

Research interests – methods of technical control, quality control, quality management systems, quality management in management systems and projects.
