Проведено відкриту онлайн лекцію доцентом кафедри технологій управління, кандидатом технічних наук Фендьо О. 21 жовтня 2022 року, відповідно до плану проведення відкритих та показових занять кафедрою технологій управління ННІНО у І семестрі 2022-2023 н.р., було проведено відкриту онлайн лекцію доцентом кафедри технологій управління, канд. техн. наук Оленою Миколаївною Фендьо з дисципліни «Сучасні організації та оцінка їх проектної зрілості».
Для проведення онлайн лекції використовувався сервіс Google Meet, який дозволяє в режимі реального часу здійснювати трансляцією екрану доповідача і таким чином демонструвати презентацію усім присутнім, що дуже зручно при поданні теоретичного матеріалу, а також дозволяє запрошеним на онлайн захід не лише слухати, але й приймати активну участь в обговоренні.
На відкритій лекції були присутні: заступник директора ННІНО Грущинська Н.М., заступник директора ННІНО Поліщук О.В., доцент кафедри технологій управління Дубініна В.В., доцент кафедри технологій управління Сівашенко Т.В., а також здобувачі вищої освіти денної форми навчання ОС «магістр», що навчаються за ОПП «Управління проектами».
Актуальність теми відкритої лекції «Внутрішнє та зовнішнє середовище організації» обумовлена тим, що будь-яка організація, будучи відкритою системою, перебуває в постійній взаємодії з тими чи іншими елементами зовнішнього середовища і суттєво залежить від них. А зважаючи на складність, мінливість та взаємопов’язаність факторів зовнішнього середовища, майбутнім фахівцям з управління проектами необхідно вміти прогнозувати їх вплив на розвиток організації та розробляти стратегії для зменшення рівня невизначеності. Важливим також є розуміння складових внутрішнього середовища організації, що дасть можливість ефективніше використовувати ресурси підприємства, своєчасно впроваджувати організаційні зміни, враховуючи динамічне зовнішнє середовище, впроваджувати інноваційні технології та приймати інноваційні рішення для отримання конкурентних переваг на ринку.
Присутні на лекції викладачі та здобувачі вищої освіти позитивно оцінили зміст проведеного заняття, відзначили високий науковий рівень володіння матеріалом, різноманітність методів та прийомів подання матеріалу. Лекцію прочитано на високому професійному рівні.
For the online lecture, the Google Meet service was used, which allows you to broadcast the speaker’s screen in real time and thus demonstrate the presentation to all present, which is very convenient when presenting theoretical material, and also allows those invited to the online event not only to listen, but also to take an active part participation in the discussion.
The open lecture was attended by: Deputy Director of NNINO Hrushchinska N.M., Deputy Director of NNINO Polishchuk O.V., Associate Professor of the Department of Management Technologies V.V. Dubinina, Associate Professor of the Department of Management Technologies T.V. Sivashenko, as well as students of full-time higher education forms of education of OS “master’s” studying under the OPP “Project Management”.
The relevance of the topic of the open lecture “Internal and external environment of the organization” is due to the fact that any organization, being an open system, is in constant interaction with certain elements of the external environment and is significantly dependent on them. And taking into account the complexity, variability and interconnectedness of external environmental factors, future project management specialists need to be able to predict their impact on the development of the organization and develop strategies to reduce the level of uncertainty. It is also important to understand the components of the internal environment of the organization, which will make it possible to use the company’s resources more efficiently, implement organizational changes in a timely manner, taking into account the dynamic external environment, implement innovative technologies and make innovative decisions to obtain competitive advantages in the market.
The teachers and students of higher education present at the lecture positively evaluated the content of the lesson, noted the high scientific level of mastery of the material, the variety of methods and techniques of presenting the material. The lecture was delivered at a high professional level.
